Privacy Policy

The Privacy by Design foundation itself does not processes personal data. The foundation is joint data controller for the digital identity app Yivi. The foundation carries this responsibility jointly with the Dutch company Yivi B.V., part of the (also Dutch) company Caesar group. Yivi B.V. is data processor, see the relevant privacy policy.
